RDP Athletics Update
This week, the Red Deer Polytechnic Queens Curling team will compete at nationals. The RDP Basketball and Volleyball squads will play the Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks. The Queens Hockey team will face-off against the NAIT Ooks while the RDP Kings Hockey team will compete against the SAIT Trojans.

Curling
Queens | CCAA Curling Canada College Championships | Regina, Saskatchewan | February 17-21
The Red Deer Polytechnic Queens Curling team will be in the hunt for a national medal at the Callie Curling Club in Regina.
The RDP Queens won their most recent Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Women's Curling title in 2017.

Basketball

The seventh-place Queens Basketball team (5-14) will play the fourth-seed Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks (10-9) at home. The RDP Queens have been successful on 24.5 per cent of their three-point attempts.

The second-seed Red Deer Polytechnic Queens Hockey team (16-8) will take on the third-place NAIT Ooks (14-10) at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre. This will be a preview of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Women's Hockey Semi-Finals.
